Gen Z has worked less than previous generations, and their professional paths have been disrupted by a global pandemic and a rapidly changing workplace and world. As a result, many of them have never stepped foot in a traditional work setting.
Work It is a pathway of our Regenerate™ Training and Coaching Program. It’s formatted as a three-month intensive that empowers Gen Z to assimilate into the workplace and navigate the norms and expectations that shape it. The program provides a comprehensive guide to the unwritten rules of professional conduct, workplace culture, and performance accountability. Through a combination of interactive training, group coaching, and intergenerational learning, participants will gain the insights and skills needed to confidently transition into and thrive in any organizational environment, while sharing their ideas for continued improvement into the future. Measured results of the program, along with recommended next steps, are also provided to sustain momentum and growth.
Work It At a Glance
About
Work It is a three month intensive, measurable training and coaching program that assimilates Gen Z into the workplace and empowers them to navigate the norms and expectations that shape it.
Audience
New graduates and early-career professionals (Gen Z) entering the workforce and their direct supervisors
Program size
Up to 20 Gen Z participants and their direct supervisors are welcomed into each cohort. Any senior leaders are also welcome to join the journey.
Duration
Three months, with bi-weekly training and group coaching.

By the end of our 3-month intensive training and coaching program, Gen Z participants and their leaders will have a thorough understanding of workplace norms and expectations and will be equipped with the skills necessary to navigate and excel in their professional environments. They will be more confident in their ability to meet organizational expectations, build strong relationships, and contribute effectively to their teams. This program will help create a more cohesive and well-aligned workforce, leading to greater overall productivity and job satisfaction.
